• Maintain a safe, clutter-free sales floor with clear egress to exits.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Assist Customers at the register, help with merchandise, and answer questions politely.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to Customer service needs and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain hygiene in store areas to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Execute daily merchandising and recovery to keep the store neat and organized.
