Job summary

TJX is seeking team members for its Mount Prospect, IL area locations, including HomeGoods stores, to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold store standards. You’ll engage with customers, process transactions, and support merchandising and safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support multiple areas.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; participate in store recovery and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Contribute to a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Assist with merchandising standards and processing merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support shrink reduction efforts and safety initiatives as needed.
