The Finish Line is seeking an Associate in Chicago. You will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store's success and contributing to growth.

Responsibilities include enhancing customer service, driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, days, and nights, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Clear spoken and written English for customer interactions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies, including health and safety rules.
