Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a Retail Associate (Full-Time) in Falls Church, VA. You will support front-of-store operations, merchandize products, maintain displays, and assist customers with knowledge about our Asian-inspired products.

Responsibilities include restocking, price labeling, cleaning the sales floor, and reporting issues to the Team Leader. A high school diploma is required and prior retail experience is preferred. Benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, professional appearance and uniform.
• Provide friendly customer service and guidance to product shelves.
• Perform shelving, merchandising, and price labeling tasks.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory checks.
• Report pricing discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Support area cleanliness and safety.
• Manage testers, samples, and promotional materials as required.
