Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, excellent customer service to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Engage customers to deter theft and promote sales.
• Assist with merchandising: replenish stock, monitor fitting rooms, and transport merchandise as needed.
• Understand products, current promotions, and opportunities to improve retail sales.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area and overall store.

• Demonstrate flexibility: answer questions, assist with store opening/closing, and other tasks as assigned.
• Report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and unsafe conditions to Management.

Job Details: Location – Harrisburg, PA; Type – Full Time; Education – High School; Salary – $14.50 – $14.50 per hour; Shift – Any; Category – Retail.

The Retail Associate is responsible for the successful operation of the sales floor, providing customer service, maintaining full racks, cashiering, and working flexibly under direction of the Retail Supervisor.
