Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior work experience in service industry preferred but not required.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, receive payment for purchases and record sales and other transactions.
• Sort and hang garments at least 125 per hour with a minimum 80% quality.
• Check, sort and price electrical equipment and small wares and prepare for display.
• Transfer merchandise from back room to the sales floor.
• Ensure a clean and empty workstation at end of shift.
• Rotate store merchandise as directed by store management.
• Restock garments and housewares on floors.
• Assist in security by staying aware of customers' activities and report suspicious activity or theft.
• Greet donors and issue receipts; assist customers with general information.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; attend regularly.
