Marshalls in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a dedicated sales associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience, keep the store clean, and follow merchandising and loss-prevention standards. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store.

You’ll work to promote credit and loyalty programs, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive store culture. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential; retail experience is a plus.
