Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience in our Fort Myers store. You’ll engage with customers, process purchases, support merchandising, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

We value flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork. Previous retail experience is a plus, and you’ll be encouraged to grow through coaching, training, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
