Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of experience in a retail position or specialization.
• Proficient in operating Inventory and POS systems and other retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product questions and recommendations.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising and cleanliness, stock from floor or backroom.
• Conduct accurate and efficient cash register transactions including sales, returns, and loyalty enrollment.
• Support store profitability through accurate product flow and timely replenishment.
