Qualifications

• No formal education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to consumer questions about product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; handle stock and inventory locations.
• Perform all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty).
• Contribute to store profitability by handling product flow and replenishment accurately.
