Qualifications

• No specific education required (HS Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems; able to use retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions about product features, benefits, and availability.
• Engage with consumers to understand needs and preferences and make suitable product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stockroom.
• Process cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
• Support store profitability by handling and replenishing product flow efficiently.
