Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of relevant retail experience.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and make product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle cash register transactions, returns, exchanges, and loyalty connections.
• Support store profitability by efficient handling of product flow.
