Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland is seeking a dedicated retail donations associate. You will collect donations from the community, sort and stock items for sale, and ring up customers with accuracy and courtesy.

We offer an employee discount, and financial coaching, with no late nights. Stores operate 10am–8pm Mon–Sat and 11am–6pm on Sundays, supporting community access to goods and services.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and assist in sales transactions.
• Assist in stocking and rotation of merchandise.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors.
• Assist the store management in meeting production standards.
