Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking team members to support local job seekers through donations and store operations. You will greet guests, maintain displays, and process sales at the register while supporting training programs across our 100+ locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a positive brand experience.
• Display a professional, people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition products to the sales floor with accuracy and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Accurately handle point of sale transactions with guests.
• Identify and solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Perform duties per training materials and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and store floor.
• Adhere to safety practices and report hazards to management.
• Attend and complete required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
