The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate for our JD Finish Line retail team. You will help run daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and store performance.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll contribute to inventory, merchandising, and daily tasks while maintaining store standards and policies. Weekend availability and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-focused approach delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
