Job summary

TJ Maxx in USA is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a positive shopping experience and uphold store standards. You may be cross-trained to support multiple departments and help maintain cleanliness, recovery, and safety throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities include accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and collaborating with peers to meet loss prevention goals. Previous retail experience is a plus; flexible scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer service principles.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Initiates store recovery and supports loss prevention efforts as needed.
• Supports cross-training to assist in multiple store areas.
• Complies with labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
