You will assist with merchandising, customer service, and store maintenance while meeting sales targets. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, basic math and familiarity with POS systems, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
