Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math/numeracy skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
