Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Florida stores. You will shape the store’s success and contribute to growth through customer-focused service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising, while collaborating with peers to meet goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
