The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience, assist with merchandise, and contribute to meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling inventory, visual merchandising, and everyday store tasks while collaborating with teammates to maintain high standards and a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role; track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow policies and health & safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
