Job summary

Finish Line is seeking a retail Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to company growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires a weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights, with weekends/holidays as needed. Prior retail experience and proficiency with POS systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operational goals and follow policies.
