Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to elevate customer experience and support management in delivering MAPS-based service. You will promote merchandise, assist with visual standards, and participate in store operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to learn store technology. Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing and visual standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Operate register efficiently, with knowledge of payments, returns and exchanges.
• Support replenishment and visual directives; participate in store sets and maintenance.
• Build a loyal customer base through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Promote MAPS and omni-channel experience across interactions.
