Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment and to share product knowledge with shoppers.

You will provide personalized service and help create an omnichannel shopping experience that reflects our hospitality-driven culture. In this role you will educate customers about brand loyalty benefits, support store goals, and assist with merchandising, inventory, and keeping the store visually aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states (AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA).
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
