Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers with product questions, and contribute to meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, merchandising, and daily tasks; working weekends/holidays as needed; and collaborating with the team to maintain store standards while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and reading comprehension in English.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store upkeep to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales and operational goals while following policies.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
