The role evaluates, catalogs, and either accepts or rejects incoming items from stores, ensuring they meet listing standards. Responsibilities include loading items for transfer to eCommerce Sellers, managing flow through the listing process, and maintaining overall quality throughout the cycle.

In this role, you will evaluate, catalog, and either accept or reject the incoming eCommerce items from stores. This position uses knowledge and experience to determine whether the item is worth going through the listing process. Once evaluated, the specialist loads and transports the items to the eCommerce Sellers and continues the process. The Quality Control Coordinator controls the flow of products from stores into the listing process and is responsible for the overall quality of items making it through the process.
Our team supports Goodwill's mission of job skills training and employment services by identifying valuables and selling them online. As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations.
