The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate in Riverside, CA to assist daily operations and deliver top-notch customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support customer service, sales, and inventory tasks while collaborating with a diverse team. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on accuracy and positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
