Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our Riverside, CA store. You will help manage daily operations and deliver a high-quality shopping experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

As a team member, you’ll handle inventory, merchandising, and customer interactions while supporting store goals and adhering to health and safety standards. Flexibility with hours, including weekends, is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric and passionate about delivering outstanding shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals while following policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
