Responsibilities

• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promotes store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards
• Participates in store recovery and daily upkeep
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
• Provides and accepts feedback to improve performance
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
