Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will influence store success through customer focus and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math; proficient reading, writing, and numbers in English.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following policy and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
