The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to help with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail stores. You will play a part in shaping store success and contributing to our growth.

This role requires a customer-focused mindset, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in sales and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
