Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries is seeking a Part-Time Back Retail Associate for the Plank Road location in Fredericksburg, VA. You will help donors, price merchandise, and prepare textiles for sale while ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping environment with strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with donations, generating tax receipts, grading textiles, and supporting store operations. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Assist in donation processing, pricing, and tax receipts.
• Grade textiles quickly and accurately and hang items on racks as directed.
• Keep the store and donation areas clean, safe, and secure per policies.
• Support other store functions and duties as needed.
