Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is seeking a Back Retail Associate for our Outlet location. You will assist donors, provide tax receipts, price merchandise, and keep the sales floor neat and welcoming.

You will handle basic cashier duties, grade textiles, and support donation processing while delivering friendly service and following safety and security policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use a cash register.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Able to count change and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Perform housekeeping on sales floor, donation center, and production area.
• Safeguard company property and equipment against loss or damage.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Enforce security rules and report incidents to Store Manager.
