Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a retail associate to support customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, sorting, and inventory management in a busy store.

Responsibilities include receiving donations, processing merchandise, operating the cash register, keeping areas clean, assisting customers, and maintaining store presentation. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of related experience or training desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus; knowledge of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations, greet donors, and enter donor information into a smart device.
• Process, sort, hang, and price merchandise and appliances.
• Conduce sales transactions and manage cash/credit card procedures.
• Perform cleaning duties across store areas and report maintenance needs.
• Assist customers, price merchandise, and support store operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
