Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Gr. Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Donation Center Attendant for a full-time, day-shift role that makes a meaningful impact in the community.

You’ll be the first point of contact for donors, greet and thank them, process donations, and issue donor receipts while upholding Goodwill's mission.

This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety policies; the benefits package includes PTO, holidays, insurance, retirement match.

About the Role

As a Donation Center Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for community members who are donating goods. You play a vital role in creating a positive donor experience while supporting and sharing Goodwill's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and thank donors in a friendly, professional manner
• Accept donated merchandise and issue donor tax receipts as requested
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation center
• Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to wear a company uniform, including an identification badge
