Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Donation Center Attendant for a full-time day shift. You will be the first contact for donors, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the organization's mission.

You will greet donors, process donations, and help maintain a clean and safe center, all while following established policies. Background checks are required and a uniform is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background check required.
• Willing to work outdoors in winter conditions and indoors in heated spaces.

About The Role

As a Donation Center Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for community members who are donating goods. You play a vital role in creating a positive donor experience while supporting and sharing Goodwill's mission.
