Job summary

Starting wage is $14.50 per hour, rising to $15.00 after 90 days, with a company incentive program available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business helpful.
• Scheduling flexibility and ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic math skills.
• Adherence to consistent attendance and weekly hours expectations defined by employee’s DoL status (full-time, part-time, seasonal).

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, excellent customer service and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Seize every opportunity to engage customers and deter theft.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishing stock, monitoring fitting rooms, and transporting merchandise on the sales floor.
• Understand product types, current promotions, and seek opportunities to improve sales figures.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area and overall store.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines for cash handling.
