The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, accuracy in transactions, and rapid response to customer needs. You will work with a friendly team, learn product placement, stock replenishment, and participate in monthly sales presentations.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with eye contact, smiles and a friendly hello.
• Assist Customers with merchandise and answer questions in a polite, knowledgeable manner.
• Process transactions accurately and respond to Customer service calls promptly.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Follow MOS and store policies, including loss prevention practices and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment through cleaning, stocking and organization.
