Work World in Fairfield, CA is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member to provide a positive customer experience and support store growth. You’ll assist customers in person and over the phone, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain pricing.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
