Job summary

Work World in Roseville, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support store goals.

You will assist customers, answer questions in person or by phone, maintain stock, and process sales with accuracy. This role also requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
