Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and POS devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashiering, and maintaining clean stores.
• Follow merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Operate POS system and adhere to cash policies.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Maintain safety and assist in hazard mitigation and proper equipment use.
