Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain safety and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service and handle issues with store leadership when needed.
• Assist with merchandise stocking, merchandising, and restocking.
• Follow MOS policies and protect cash and merchandise.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
