Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in Michigan (Grandville) is seeking a friendly and reliable Associate to join our retail team. You will assist with daily operations, help customers, and contribute to store sales and customer experiences.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, handling POS transactions, maintaining store appearance, and supporting team collaboration to meet store targets in a dynamic environment. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role is preferred.
• Clear spoken English to communicate with customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and ability to read sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Additional duties and projects as required.
