• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Treat all customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; be friendly and professional at all times.
• Assist customers in registering, help with merchandise, and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide prompt responses to customers and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a neat and merchandised store.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dress code.
• Execute daily sizing and recovery per company guidelines to keep the store neat and organized.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor following monthly presentation guidelines.
