Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking a Store Associate in the United States, New York region. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support daily operations, and contribute to store growth by driving sales and maintaining visual standards.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and the ability to engage customers with a positive attitude. As part of a dynamic retail team, you will manage inventory, assist with merchandising, process shipments, and support orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Clear spoken English; proficient reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences by addressing needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and meeting targets.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, orders, and store upkeep; follow policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while adhering to procedures.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
