Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment and clear egress to emergency exits.
• Greet customers, assist with merchandise, and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Respond to Customer Service calls and resolve issues with Store Leadership involvement when needed.
• Represent Ross brand with integrity and safeguard confidential information and cash handling.
• Follow MOS policies and proper disposal procedures for merchandise.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the floor and support monthly presentation standards.
