Finish Line in New York is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help shape store performance and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and targets.
• Participate in daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to reach sales and operational goals, following store policies and safety rules.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
