Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining an organized store environment.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and follows store procedures.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety; supports shrink reduction goals.
