Job summary

TJ Maxx Store 1077 in Tustin, CA is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience. You will greet customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising standards.

You should have strong communication, be able to multitask, and work a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is preferred; training is provided to learn loss prevention and store procedures.

• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and keeps the floor clean.
• Maintains organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness for a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
