Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Ponderay, Idaho, is hiring a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and support merchandising and loss-prevention initiatives.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule, lift heavy objects, and communicate clearly with teammates. Prior retail experience is preferred, and you will join TJX, a Fortune 100 company known for growth and opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change accurately following procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support labor policies and loss prevention initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
