Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging interactions and adherence to customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; maintain a clean store environment.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery.
• Support store safety, labor law compliance, and shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
